General

Illustrations, photographs and specifications are not binding in detail. We operate a policy of continual improvement in our product range. We therefore reserve the right to amend specifications and descriptions at any time without prior notice.

 

Stock Availability

ESR does endeavour to maintain good stock levels of all items. Due to unforeseen circumstances ESR from time to time cannot guarantee immediate availability as items do fall in and out of stock. If an item is out of stock then we will give you a best estimate of when the stock will become available again. Not all products are on display at all stores.


Payment

All goods require full payment before they leave the store or warehouse. Cash, direct deposit, EFTPOS or credit cards (VISA and Mastercard) are accepted for payment.


Installation

Please note all plumbing and electrical products must only be installed by a qualified tradesperson.

 

Returns

We recognise the importance of complete customer satisfaction. 

Products may be returned to us for exchange or refund within seven days of purchase, provided all of the following conditions are met: 

  1. Proof of purchase is presented
  2. Returned goods are received in a re-saleable condition 
  3. Goods are returned to the location they were originally purchased from

Please choose carefully, as we cannot accept returns for non-standard merchandise, including damaged or discontinued items sold at reduced prices, made-to-order and non-standard-stock items. 

Exchanges or refunds will be for the original purchase price of the item only - shipping, handling and insurance costs are non-refundable.

Returned goods will be subject to a 20% handling and administration charge.

 

Faulty Products

ESR Group stands by the products it sells, and warrants all products for a period of 12 months.

We will either repair or replace any items that appear faulty due to manufacturing defect or the like at our discretion, provided the original purchaser has proof of purchase and the claim for alleged damage/defect is within the 12 month period from the original date of sale.

ESR Group reserves the right to inspect any claimed defective product to determine its liability under our warranty, and all claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase and details of the alleged defect.
